Drizzy has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the woman - now identified as Layla Lace - who falsely accused him of rape and getting her pregnant in order to drain his pockets, TMZ reports.

According to the lawsuit, Lace demanded money for the baby and threatened Drake with defamation in May 2017 over Drake's claim he had never met her.

The one thing you will learn from Drake's text messages is that he texts like someone who is either 13 or 52.

Texts made public by TMZ appear to show Lace checking in with Drake (real name: Aubrey Graham), who eventually stops responding to her messages. The lawsuit also claims that Lace had created a "fantasy relationship" with the rapper.

In response to the rejection Lace went on Instagram and began claiming that she was pregnant.

In April 2017, Layla announced her alleged pregnancy on Instagram, writing: 'So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!' She then apparently hired a new lawyer and again demanded money from him and even threatened that she would make the rape claims public if he didn't pay her the dough. After Drake refused her requests, she allegedly hired a lawyer to pursue accusations that he raped her during their February 2017 encounter. Layla then went to the authorities in NY and told them that Drake raped her. Drake says she and a new lawyer threatened to make the rape complaint public if he did not give her money. Drake claimed that Lace lost it after he tried to say goodbye instead of taking her on tour with him. The lawsuit also claims after Drake inquired about a paternity test Layla and her lawyer went ghost.

He's asking for unspecified damages. The lawsuit claims that the celebrity has suffered "mental anguish" and "emotional distress" as a result of Lace's actions.

Drake has admitted to fathering a child with his ex, Sophie Brussaux, but says in his lawsuit that "there is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born [to Lace] last fall".

"Layla Lace is a former stripper who has spent at least the a year ago and a half plotting and scheming to-in her words-'make a field day" out of megastar Aubrey Drake Graham's "f-king ass!'" the documents state.
