Like the Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the LG's ThinQ phones, the Note 9 will both identify what you're shooting and adjust its settings to make sure your pictures always look their best. While the design isn't radically different to its predecessor, that's not hugely surprising; Samsung has hit upon a winning formula with its curved, edge-to-edge displays and glass-backed frames, so it makes sense not to deviate from it too radically.

Samsung has announced the new Galaxy Home, its first smart speaker equipped with the voice assistant Bixby and equipped with all the features that allow it to integrate into the SmartThings ecosystem. Memory wise, it comes in two variants- 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 512GB storage.
Along with productivity, Samsung also wants the Note 9 to be the phone of choice for gamers.
For now, the Note9 runs the Oreo version of Android; you may not see the just-launched Pie version of Android on it until late this year or perhaps more likely in 2019, though that is by no means a deal breaker, and Pie only initially comes to Google's own branded Pixel phones. The unveiling of the Galaxy Note 9 comes about a month before Apple is expected to unveil new iPhones. It's an evolution of the Galaxy Note 8 but one with some notable upgrades. The 42mm option has a 1.2-inch screen, 270mAh battery, and 45 hours of battery life. Clicking the pen users can take selfies, pause and play videos and present slides. These cameras have intelligence features to identify elements of a photo, such as scene and subject, to automatically classify it into one of 20 categories and instantly optimize it based on the category. There's also an LTE-enabled version coming, and Samsung says the device will last "several days" on a charge... which could get rivals sweating a little. This adjusts the camera lens to light in the same way as the human eye.
Under the hood, both phones run on the same SoC, which is Samsung's current-gen flagship chipset, the Exynos 9810 on global variants, while the United States variant sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset.
A surprise third device was shown off during the event as Samsung confirmed it has created its first smart speaker, called the Galaxy Home. The new Note is set to hit stores on August 24.
