In response to McDonald's new Mobile Order and Pay, the restaurant chain is giving customers the chance to win McDonald's for life. The McGold Card entitles the bearer to two free meals a week for the next 50 years, or, you know, until you fall into a french-fry-induced coma, whichever comes first.

According to the brand's website, customers will receive one entry every time they pick up an order that they've placed by using Mobile Order & Pay from August 10 to August 24.

Hopefuls are limited to one entry per day.

While the total value of the prize is nothing to scoff at, McDonald's is certainly banking on this deal. In addition, the victor "will receive a custom gold-0plated "McGold Card" phone case".

McDonald's is kicking off a new contest that will result in a lucky victor bumping the Amex from their wallet in favor of a new Gold Card. Total ARV: $52,350. victor may choose a cash alternative of $1,000 in lieu of $1,000 App credit, added to check.

The victor will be drawn at random and then be notified within two days.

Despite the contest's intention to bring more traffic to McDonald's mobile app, there are some that think it will end up being nothing more than a failed marketing tactic for the fast food chain.

Since then, there have been various rumors of celebrities and businesspeople getting free food for life.

Earn up to three game plays per day on qualifying purchases with your registered Starbucks Card or with your card in the Starbucks app - one purchase before 2 p.m. gets you one play and a purchase after 2 p.m.is two plays.
