Courtney Hadwin gets the golden buzzer and she moving straight to the live shows.

Courtney Hadwin took the stage on Tuesday's "America's Got Talent" as a bashful 13-year-old barely able to address the panelists.

"Bloody hell, Courtney", Simon Cowell said.

The youngster appeared quite nervous when talking to the judges before her performance but came into her element when she started singing Otis Redding classic Hard to Handle. "I am quiet and sticking to my own path", she says.

She's not the first British act to do well in America's Got Talent, with Wimbledon ventriloquist Paul Zerdin winning the 2015 series.

"Thank you so much Howie Mandel I am so happy and can't thank you enough".

Three Catholic bishops resign over sex abuse scandal
But the pope had not responded officially to the offer until Monday, when he accepted the resignation of the three prelates. Barros has denied covering up abuse but on Monday apologized for his "limitations" for handling the scandal.

America's Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.

Courtney had previously been a finalist on The Voice Kids UK, but has gained plenty of new fans - Twitter exploding after her performance.

The video of her audition has been viewed 16 million times.

Courtney competed in The Voice Kids UK past year but missed out on the top prize. After she was done rocking out, the judges were quick to shower Courtney with praise. She later tweeted saying it was "more than I ever could have dreamed of".

Then, Hadwin opened her mouth and showed off just how big a voice the small teen truly had, delivering a flamboyant and energetic rendition of the iconic tune that absolutely blew away everyone in the audience.
