  • Wisconsin students pull off incredible senior prank that makes it look like a car crashed into their principal's office

Police were so impressed with their clever prank that they gave it a shout out saying it was one of the best the school has ever seen.

"Because, technically, there was no damage to the building, police officers said it was 'one of the best senior pranks that Cumberland High School has seen'".

But it turned out the whole thing was an optical illusion.

In an unusual move, a police department in Wisconsin is actually praising high school seniors for their creative prank.

Senior Prank Is Smash Hit

Fans of the prank from around the country have taken to sharing their admiration on the Facebook post, too. "Congratulations to all the seniors who are graduating", the Cumberland Police Department wrote on Facebook Monday.

The class of 2018 at Cumberland High School in Wisconsin pulled off an original and labor-intensive senior prank. "We have always joked ... that the school was a jail and once we graduated that we were going to bust out of this place", says Konur Pasko, one of the seniors who came up with the idea. The group staged the "accident" right outside of the principal's office, the school district said.

Well played, class of 2018.

Law enforcement and school officials alike were filled with admiration when their senior class set up a stunningly convincing vehicle wreck near their principal's office. Some of the students who took part in the prank even made a decision to use the prank to promote a cause. "Parents who host lose the most", the banner reads, referring to parents who allow underage kids to drink. So the class of 2019 has big shoes to fill next year.
